Das Fahrradschloss oder: The useless little saw

Meine Mitbewohnerin - nicht die mit dem Schnupftabak - war ganz stolz auf ihr gebrauchtes Fahrrad und kaufte sich dazu ein gutes Schloss. Einige Stunden später entdeckte sie ein integriertes Schloss am Hinterrad, dachte sich, huch, ich hab ja gar keinen Schlüssel - und schloss ab.

Die nächsten Tage vergingen mit viel Flucherei ihrerseits, Gelächter meinerseits - und der Suche nach einer geeigneten Säge.

Ab und zu fragte ich mal von der Arbeit aus per E-Mail nach dem Fortschritt.

Stella: "when it stops raining I'm gonna go out and try the useless little saw again, daniel thinks it will work eventually though it will probably take hours haha"

Suse: "Hang on, see if my room is locked.. Under my bed there is a yellow/red box and I'm sure that I have a saw, but probably it is not better than Dan's"

Stella: "ah, your room is locked.. :P we can see when you come home if it's better"

(2 Stunden später...)

Stella: "yay! I freed my bike!!! I ROCK! haha, my hands hurt soo much.. but YAY! :D"

Suse: "(...)"

Stella: "haha, what act are you thinking of? This girl heroicly standing out in the rain and patiantly sawing back and forth until her hands were practically ruined? and then STILL keep on sawing and sawing, and did I mention the RAIN that poored down while this brave girl just kept on with her hope as strong as ever, never giving up, struggling all by herself until her bike was completely free! I'd say thats quite an amazing girl that!"

Suse: "Haha no I thought of the fact that you locked your bike aware of not having a key, but may I use your last email for my blog? :D"

Stella: "haha, no that is also typically me, brave but stupid.. didn't I tell you about when I threw my mobile in the trash? or when I forgot where I had put my bike and never found it again? or perhaps that time I left home and forgot to CLOSE the door. Im stupid in another way though, in a I-still-know-africa-is-not-a-country-sort of way, haha. You can put what ever you want in your blog :P whats the adress? :)"
